1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Master's degree or CPA strongly preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of
progressive tax experience in public accounting 3. Proven
experience with individual, corporate, partnerships, and s corp tax
returns. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage a team and strong
leadership skills. 5. Excellent research and writing skills, and a
thorough knowledge of federal and state tax laws. 6. Proficient in
tax software and technology tools. 7. Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and project management skills. 8. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain
complex tax information in a clear and concise manner. 9. Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. 10. High level of integrity and dependability with
a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Interested in
