Job Description:
Primary Purpose Of Position The Assistant Director –
Undergraduate Admissions will focus heavily on managing travel
processes to include managing the annual recruitment calendar,
responding to 500 travel requests from internal and external
respondents, processing event payments, corresponding with alumni
to assist with recruitment efforts, and utilizing data to inform
decisions under the direction of the Associate Director. This
position will directly supervise the departments campus tour
coordinator who oversees the campus tour process and the programs
student ambassadors. The Assistant Director will serve as the
back-up to the campus tour coordinator in the absence of campus
tour coordinator. This position will also serve as acting Associate
Director in the absence of the Associate Director and acting
Director in the absence of both the Director and Associate
Director.
