Job Description:

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer who is seeking a skilled and versatile Machine/Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Clayton, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of production machinery and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance Track and log maintenance work using CMMS or other maintenance management systems Assist with equipment installation, setup, and calibration Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification preferred 3 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance and facility maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and meters Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus Familiarity with OSHA and Electrical safety standards HVAC and Electrical certifications preferred Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
