Kellanova, a renowned leader in the food industry with a diverse portfolio of brands such as Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance Department. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and facilities through timely maintenance and repair. As a Maintenance Technician at Kellanova, you will bring your technical expertise to a wide range of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to complex machinery repairs, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing processes. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and ensure all machinery meets industry standards and safety regulations. Support installation of new manufacturing equipment and assist in modifying existing facilities. Document maintenance procedures and keep accurate records of work performed on each piece of equipment. Collaborate with other team members to implement continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing principles. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with preventive maintenance protocols and workplace safety regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is a plus. OSHA Safety Certification.
