Project Manager -$20M Commercial Projects - Raleigh will be
responsible for: Confer with project staff to outline work plan and
to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Direct
and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project
progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget Prepare daily,
weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract
Project Schedule Review status reports prepared by project
personnel and modify schedules or plans as required Dictate or
prepare project reports for management, client, or others Confer
with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve
problems Take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual
phase Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders and
maintain them moving forward Work with subcontractors - create and
maintain positive relationships Assist in developing and
maintaining the project schedule Profile The Senior Project Manager
-$20M Commercial Projects - Raleigh should have: 10 Years as a
Project Manager with a General Contractor Experience with
design-build, precon, and hard-bid is required Experience working
on light industrial and commercial construction projects is
required Must have ran a large life sciences project as the lead
from start to finish Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management,
Civil Engineering or relevant degree Applicable Project Management
Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of
corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and
their impact on project success Maintains good communication and
interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to
subcontractors Must be a business-oriented person and act
professionally when representing the employer at any level Local to
Raleigh preferred, though relocators will be considered Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager -$20M Commercial Projects - Raleigh will
receive: Base salary contingent on experience, ranging
approximately $120,000-$160,000 Discretionary bonus based on
individual and company performance $700/mo vehicle allowance or
