Options Solid Company Culture Job Details Job Details: We are on
the hunt for a passionate and experienced Landscape Architect to
join our dynamic Engineering team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for planning, designing, and managing public and
private outdoor spaces, enhancing the quality of the environment
and creating a more sustainable, functional, and aesthetically
pleasing world. This is a permanent position that will offer an
exciting opportunity to use your creativity and technical expertise
to shape and influence the landscapes of tomorrow.
Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
design, plan, and implement landscape projects, ensuring they are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 2.
Conduct site analysis including the assessment of soil, vegetation,
and climate, and the identification of opportunities and
constraints. 3. Develop comprehensive plans and designs using
computer-aided design (CAD) software. 4. Prepare and present
detailed reports and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and
regulatory bodies. 5. Oversee the application process for permits
and entitlements, ensuring all local zoning and regulatory
requirements are met. 6. Manage all stages of the landscape
architecture process, from initial concept through to construction
and completion. 7. Continually monitor the progress of projects,
making necessary adjustments to designs and plans as required. 8.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and
technologies, applying this knowledge to your work. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape architecture, with
a proven track record in land planning, zoning, entitlement,
permitting, and design. 3. Professional licensure in Landscape
Architecture. 4. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant
design and visualization software. 5. Strong understanding of local
zoning laws, codes, and regulations. 6. Excellent project
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 7. Exceptional
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly
convey complex information to a variety of audiences. 8. Strong
problem-solving skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. 9. A
passion for sustainable design and a commitment to creating
