Job Description:
Senior Plumbing Service Technician: Join our team at Jakes as a
Plumbing Service Technician, where you'll have the opportunity to

solutions. You'll be an essential part of our commitment to
providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction in
Little River, SC. Job Responsibilities - Perform routine
maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.- Diagnose
plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.- Install pipes,
fittings, valves, and other plumbing components.- Test plumbing
systems for leaks and other problems.- Interpret blueprints and
building specifications for plumbing installations.- Provide cost
estimates for repair and installation services.- Maintain accurate
records of services performed and parts used.- Ensure compliance
with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.- Communicate
effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Respond promptly
to emergency plumbing calls.- Keep up to date with the latest
plumbing technologies and techniques.- Provide excellent customer
service to build and maintain client relationships.- Collaborate
with team members and other contractors as needed. Job Requirements
- Experience with water heaters, drains, and re-pipes.- Minimum of
5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.-
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.-
Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.- Ability to read
and interpret blueprints and schematics.- Excellent troubleshooting
and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and customer
service skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy
equipment.- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.-
Availability for on-call and emergency service rotations.- Basic
computer skills for report writing and documentation.- Strong
attention to detail and safety protocols. Pay Range: 25-28 per hour
Commission Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage
