We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all mechanical systems within our managed properties operate at peak efficiency, providing a safe and optimal working environment for all tenants and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective equipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and materials used. Collaborate with management and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime. Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with building management systems and automation tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Section 608). Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar. OSHA safety certification.
