The Landscape Installation Manager is responsible for leading and executing all landscape construction and enhancement projects, ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. This role oversees project management, estimating, field leadership, and customer relations while aligning with company standards and strategic objectives. The Construction Manager drives operational excellence through strong leadership, proactive communication, and effective resource management. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution Project Oversight: Lead all landscape construction and enhancement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Multi-Project Coordination: Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating labor, equipment, and materials efficiently. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, irrigation, maintenance, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution and clear communication across departments. Field Supervision: Monitor field performance, ensuring crews adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and company expectations. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery and milestone completion. Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites. Project Management & Planning Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets prior to project kickoff. Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines and costs, making proactive adjustments to ensure successful completion. Labor Management: Manage labor allocation and productivity to maximize efficiency and profitability. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to minimize project disruption. Estimating & Proposal Development Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs for construction and enhancement projects. Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed, professional proposals in a timely manner. Contract Follow-Up: Follow up on proposals and negotiate scope as needed to secure contracts. Financial Accountability: Monitor awarded project budgets and ensure performance aligns with estimated margins. Customer Relations Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional, solution-oriented manner at all times. Leadership & Team Development Employee Training: Train and mentor crew leaders and team members to improve technical skills, safety awareness, and efficiency. Performance Management: Set clear expectations for project teams and provide regular feedback to support growth and accountability. Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment that promotes communication and teamwork. Debrief & Continuous Improvement Daily Supervisor Meetings: Meet with supervisor regularly to review project progress, address challenges, and plan upcoming work. Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate on solutions to improve productivity and profitability. Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear documentation and provide accurate updates on project status and performance metrics. Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction management Strong project management and estimating experience Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in project management software (Aspire preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and client-facing) Ability to read landscape plans and specifications Financial acumen with understanding of budgets and job costing Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screening Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Act in a manner of integrity that supports company values and culture Our company compensation package includes: Starting salary $75,000 to $95,000 (based on experience) Monthly Health Insurance Stipend Health, Vision, Dental, & Supplemental Insurance 80 hours of Paid Vacation 16 hours of Personal Time Off Eight company-paid holidays Company provided phone Company provided laptop Why Join PureGreen Land Group?
