Job Title: Restoration Project Manager – Reconstruction Job
Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Restoration
Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from initial
assessment to final completion. This dual-role professional will be
responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing project
timelines and budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring
high-quality restoration work. Ideal candidates will have
experience in property restoration, insurance claims, construction
estimating, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Project
Management: Coordinate and supervise all phases of reconstruction
projects, from planning to completion. Manage labor,
subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and
within-budget project delivery. Develop and maintain project
schedules and adjust as needed based on job site conditions.
Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure safety, quality
control, and customer satisfaction. Communicate consistently with
clients, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams. Documentation &
Compliance: Maintain detailed project documentation, including
contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports. Ensure
compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and local
regulations. Track project costs, timelines, and profitability.
Qualifications: Proven experience (5 years) in restoration,
reconstruction, or general contracting. Proficiency in Xactimate,
Microsoft Office, and project management tools. Strong
understanding of construction methods, materials, and best
practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical
documents. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership
skills. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a plus. Valid
driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. Physical
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and
navigate job sites. Willingness to work in environments affected by
water, fire, or mold damage. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time
position; hours may vary based on project needs. Competitive salary
