Development, or related field Prior experience as a preschool lead

classroom environment Implement developmentally appropriate
curriculum with your teaching team Observe and support children’s
interests and developmental milestones Communicate effectively with

behaviors and model respectful interactions Plan a balanced daily
schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities
