Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Wilmington,
NC, split between two elementary school locations. This contract
position provides a rewarding environment to support students'
communication and language development within a school setting. The
role requires a licensed SLP with Certification of Clinical
Competence (CCC) to deliver specialized speech and language
services. Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech,
language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to
student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain
accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with
school policies Provide direct therapy sessions and classroom
support as needed Qualifications and Skills: Valid Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) license Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) preferred Experience working with children in a school
setting, particularly elementary level Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff Ability to
manage a caseload and work independently within a contract
framework Location: Wilmington, North Carolina Split schedule
