Job Description:

TeamSigma, a pioneering leader in AI and ML technologies, is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to lead and oversee a variety of energy-related projects in the gas, oil, and electric sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and successful execution of projects that integrate advanced technological solutions into traditional energy frameworks, driving innovation and efficiency within the industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is passionate about making a significant impact in the energy sector through advanced technology. Oversee and manage the implementation of energy projects from inception to completion. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Strong understanding of the energy sector, specifically in gas, oil, and electric industries. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desired. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certifications would be an advantage.
