Apply Now!Your Opportunity The purpose of the Utilities Mechanic is to maintain, diagnose, repair, rebuild, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, and install equipment within and around the facility to keep the production operational and have zero loss of production. This individual will perform the duties of a Utilities Mechanic and assist other maintenance personnel on his/her shift and will be responsible for all necessary paperwork and documentation as they relate to the job. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environment; or 4 years' direct experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance environment.Strong reading, math, writing, analytical skills requiredMust be able to work weekends as neededPerform assigned tasks efficiently with minimum supervisionMust be able to pass a pulmonary function testCapable of meeting the physical requirements of HAZMAT Technician.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those an employee should possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
