Medical Dental Vision 401K PTO Career growth Great culture! Job Details 2nd and 3rd shifts available! Responsibilities: As a Permanent Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to: 1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation. 2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, using schematics and technical drawings. 3. Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems. 4. Repair or replace defective parts in machinery such as motors, conveyors, and other types of machinery. 5. Perform MIG welding tasks when necessary. 6. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. 7. Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and reports to document work performed. 8. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and ensure a safe and clean work environment. 9. Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry. 2. Proven experience in machine maintenance, repair, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, conveyor systems, and MIG. 3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. 4. Solid knowledge of hydraulic systems, machinery, wiring, and electrical controls. 5. A strong understanding of motors and their components. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 8. A high degree of mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. 9. A valid driver’s license and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. 10. Certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
