What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment Familiarity with welding, hydraulics, and fabrication techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and following established procedures Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
