Johnson Controls, a leader in global smart building technologies, is seeking a seasoned HVAC Equipment Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of HVAC systems. This essential role aims to optimize building performance through innovative solutions, aligning with our goals for efficiency, sustainability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC systems, proven management skills, and a passion for technological integration in building environments. Manage and oversee the commissioning, testing, and balancing of HVAC systems for various projects Ensure all HVAC systems meet specified requirements and local regulations Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers during the commissioning phase Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within budget project execution Develop and maintain project documentation related to system performance, compliance, and client approvals Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently Keep abreast with the latest HVAC technologies and systems to propose upgrades and replacements as necessary Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and maintenance Strong leadership and project management skills Proficiency in using HVAC testing and balancing equipment Experience with smart building technologies and BMS systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ASHRAE Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) Energy Management Professional (EMP) certification preferred
