Job Description Job Description About the Role Step into a
hands-on production environment where precision and pace go
together. From the moment you pick up the router for a new work
order, you’ll follow established shop procedures, keep parts
moving, and ensure every piece meets spec. You’ll collaborate with
the Lead and Supervisor, keep machines healthy, and document
everything in our ERP so the next operation starts strong. What
You’ll Do Follow shop procedures end-to-end: update
travelers/routers, complete signatures and stamps, verify counts,
label parts, and process any non-conformance activities. Confirm an
accurate and complete router travels with every work order. Perform
in-process inspections; measure and verify parts to drawing
requirements and notify supervision of any discrepancy. Start,
monitor, and observe machine cycles to catch malfunctions or
out-of-tolerance conditions; promptly alert the Lead or Supervisor
when issues arise. Consistently hit standard times; communicate
early if a job won’t meet its target. Assist the Lead as needed and
support team priorities. Maintain machines, tooling, parts, and
your work area in clean, optimal condition. Apply company
procedures and best machining practices on every run. Work safely
and compliantly with all environmental, health, and safety
regulations, company policies, and accepted safe work practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring 2–4 years
of CNC lathe or mill operating experience in a production
environment. Comfort entering job data in an ERP system.
Proficiency with GD&T, troubleshooting, and setting up machines
for production runs. Equipment & Technologies 3–4 axis CNC vertical
machining centers (VMC): Haas, Okuma, Makino CNC lathes for
production turning
