Job Description We’re seeking skilled Machine Operator to join a high-performance team. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision parts and assemblies to exacting tolerances, supporting aerospace and mechanical systems. Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce parts to engineering specifications Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documentation Determine tooling, sequence of operations, feeds, and speeds Use machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments Perform standard shop math and layout techniques Fit and assemble mechanical components Perform minor machine maintenance (e.g., filter changes, coolant level checks) Deburr, drill, bore, hone, grind, and fasten components as needed Operate multiple machines concurrently when required Move product across the manufacturing floor and complete system transactions Monitor and verify quality in accordance with process control procedures Support continuous improvement by assisting and training coworkers Train toward and achieve MVP (Manufacturing Versatility Program) qualification Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Candidate must have CNC machine operation experience, preferably more than 2 years Candidate must be available to work any shift assigned Candidate must be able to stand and work for entire 8 hr. shift Per Diem: A standard per diem of $110/week is available for candidates who reside 150 miles away from the work location and meet eligibility criteria.
