Associate Lead to join our team, supporting shipping and other
logistics functions for our Wilson, NC location. In this role, you
will contribute directly to the quality and reliability of our
logistics processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If

a 2nd shift position with the following hours: Monday-Friday;
3:30pm – 12:00am (overtime may be required – training will be 1st
Shift 7am-3:30pm) What You Will Do: Execute lead position in
stockroom cell by understanding and enforcing strict adherence
material handling practices and assigned daily tasks Maintain and
report daily goals and metrics including throughput, accuracy, & 5S
Training personnel on material handling practices Ability to
identify process flow bottle necks and escalate Manage turnback via
tracking tool Supporting team by picking material for work order or
sales order fulfillment Requires previous material handling
experience Qualifications You Must Have: Typically have High school
diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical
education in a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of
relevant experience. Prior stockroom experience. Qualifications We
Prefer: Prior logistics experience and/or prior experience with SAP
or similar ERP system. Proper label application, paperwork
preparation, and shipment packing. Intermediate computer skills in
terms of typing, navigating screens and learning new software
programs. Prior forklift driving experience. Role Type: *Please
