Managers are responsible for proactively launching and optimizing
Products based on consumer demand, competitive analysis, and
regulatory requirements. Product managers require a strong
knowledge in software and hardware product development with a
proven track record of delivering solutions that improve
functionality, productivity, and overall lifecycle experience. The
Product Manager is responsible for Product planning and execution,
including but not limited to, gathering and prioritizing product
requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with
executive leadership, operations, engineering, sales, and support
to meet Product goals. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job

Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador
of MVV. Establish, own, and drive strategic vision and scope with
the commercial, development, and operations teams to promote
development and launch of industry leading products. Conduct
market, customer, and competitive analysis in the field to identify
needs and wants to translate into Product strategy and roadmaps. It
is expected that an individual in this position will travel
approximately 25% within assigned Product Markets. Perform ROI and
feasibility analysis in response to stakeholder requests or product
need to establish baseline risk, dependencies, constraints, and
commercial viability. Develop and prioritize product scope(s) for
new and existing markets through analysis, stakeholder engagement,
and regulatory requirements to guide development,
commercialization, and launch activities according to market and
product Strategy. Act as primary point of contact for any product
related questions from the development team, hardware team, and
product operations in support of development, commercial, and
operational activities. Develop relationships with all stakeholders
(internal and external) to facilitate research, data collection,
strategy alignment, and tactical planning to successfully bring
products to market and manage the overall product lifecycle.
Monitor and ---own--- product performance data available through
reporting and stakeholder engagement to provide product insights
and seek optimization opportunities of product performance and
overall customer satisfaction. Develop commercial and technical
product documentation (i.e., sales cheat sheets, user guides,
launch plans, manuals, etc) utilizing available resources to
support development, commercialization, and launch success.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor---s Degree in Computer Science, Technology,
Business, or a similar field 3-5 years--- relevant experience in
product development and/or management 2 years--- experience in
working as a part of cross functional team Experience in gaming,
social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products
Experience managing solution development from ideation to release
with the ability to prioritize and adapt according to demand
Ability to think strategically and ---champion--- a vision to
develop quality products and expand Market share Ability to develop
positive relationships and communicate effectively with customers,
developers, QA analysts, producers, and executive leadership team
Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem
identification and solving ability WORK ENVIRONMENT: The usual work
environment is typical of an office environment. Reasonable
