As our team continues to grow, we need qualified leaders to lead and manage our teams to a culture of continued excellence for our clients.We have shifted our focus on rounding out our creative team in the form of a design leader capable of working alongside our account managers, project manager, and marketing director to ensure the promises made to clients are fulfilled in full, satisfying the expectations of our agency, the industry, and our clients.As Associate Creative Director, you will work closely with the graphic design, content, and marketing department to deliver engaging content that delivers meaningful impact across the company. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. As well as the following:

• Serve as the art director member of a creative team responsible for multiple projects across all practice areas, coordinating with internal and external resources.
• Participate in or lead the creative process for projects from conception to completion.
• Participate in creative development, reviews, feedback, and final draft with strategy and account teams.
• Supports visual development of concepts throughout the entire creative lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables, all in a timely and accurate manner.
• Produces deliverables that will include, but are not limited to: Website Design, UI Prototyping, Identity Design & Logo Projects, Advertising Campaign Concepts (connected TV, web video, print, out of home, digital, experiential), Video Storyboards, Print Collateral and Ads, Online Ads, Infographics, Social Media Design Systems, and Email Marketing Templates.
• Lead all UI design using the industry-tested, award-winning, Red Shark Digital website process.Showing your work will put you ahead. We do not require fancy portfolios and lengthy case studies. The person we are looking for in this role has been too busy working to create a portfolio. Show us that work.In addition to your work, your process is also valuable. As an agency, our product is our process. The person chosen for this position will need to be able to present their existing workflows that have led to continued success in their past experience.     • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, and other relevant fields
    • A minimum of 3 years digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies
    • Agency experience serving both B2B and B2C companies preferred
    • A solid understanding of design, copy and team management skills
    • Studied UI design experience and skills
    • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
    • Must be a creative and strategic thinker
    • 7 or 8 preferred. But not required. IYKYK
