Job Description:
The position responsibilities are supporting enterprise identity
access management solutions including Active Directory, Azure AD,
Azure MFA, Azure AD Connect, Intune, Group Policy, Certificate
services. Collaborates in architecting and strategic planning of
Identity and Access Management solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 A5
licensing. Support identity enterprise services, Single Sign on
Solutions (Shibboleth, Azure SSO, ADFS), Federation Management,
Privilege Access Management, and PowerShell Scripting. Strategic
enterprise planning by consulting with senior level decision-makers
on an on-going basis to develop long-range strategic alternatives.
Forming and maintaining strategic technology contacts and
partnerships with university departments, key technology suppliers,
vendors, and contractors.Duties require On-Call
responsibilities.This position may be eligible for Flexible Work
Arrangements (FWA) under the ECU FWA Policy.Employees are required
to adjust their standard work schedule to meet the requirements of
their position, which includes and not limited to evening and
weekend hours to perform scheduled and unscheduled workload
requirements to maintain University operations.Minimum
Education/ExperienceBachelor s degree and 4 years of relevant
experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience.License or Certification Required by Statute or
RegulationnonePreferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education---
IAM solutions such as Active Directory and Azure AD
Administration--- PowerShell scripting or programming---
Authentication and authorization flows between Identity related
services--- Troubleshoot Kerberos, Oauth 2.0, and SAML protocols---
Using debugging tools to decipher AUTHZ and AUTHN sessions---
Disaster recovery and system development life cycles---
Administration, Azure Security, Azure Solution Architect--- Manage
short and long-term projects--- Azure single sign on
implementations, Azure application proxy--- Current certifications
on Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Azure are highly
