The role involves traveling between communities to support regional needs, build relationships, and lead community success, all while fostering a positive atmosphere aligned with our mission and values.Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities

• Lead with service, embodying Sunrise's Mission, Principles of Service, and Core Values.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent; build high-performing teams.
• Manage business operations, including financial planning, marketing, sales, and budget adherence.
• Drive business development efforts and maximize revenue.
• Ensure high-quality resident and family services, maintaining communication and engagement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Lead training, team development, and ensure staff adherence to policies and regulations.Qualifications
  • College degree preferred; management experience required per state/provincial regulations.
  • Administrator's license/certification may be required.
  • Proven management experience, including hiring, coaching, and operational oversight.
  • Strong sales, financial, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
