Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial/Civil General Manager to oversee and manage the entire division and civil construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects in line with budgetary and scheduling constraints while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial and civil construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Oversee all P&L effectively across the board.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Negotiate, and manage conflict resolution as needed.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a huge plus
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in commercial or civil construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, project management software and tools such as MS Project, Procore, or Primavera.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
