Position Description FACILITY Vidant Medical Center - Greenville SPECIALTY Surgery, Acute Care, Surgery, Acute Care ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM SEARCH FIRMS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY Vidant Medical Center is seeking ACNP/AGACNP Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their Trauma/Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care General Surgery team. The successful candidates will join a dynamic and experienced team of 7 advanced practice providers and 7 surgeons. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Highlights Include: * Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities * Hospital privileges at Vidant Medical Center * Management of inpatient trauma, surgical critical care, and acute care surgery patients in both the surgical critical care and surgical intermediate units Responsibilities include quality care, admissions, discharges, and procedures Eight 10 hour shifts every 2 weeks from 6a-4p with rotating weekends Positions available due to program expansion Vidant Medical Center, one of four academic medical centers in North Carolina, is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health and serves as the teaching hospital for The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
