Patients include those across the life span for cardiovascular and medical/ surgical needs. Staffing ratio is 1 to 4/5 days, Evening/night time ratios are 1:6 on med/surge and can increase to 1:7/8 during surge times. Floating to appropriate unitsRequisition Offers! Fast Offers!
