Job Description:

13-week Contract at a Fixed Rate - Only eligible for overtime when working over 40 hours in a given week and Not eligible for Shift Differentials or any extra payouts.

This position coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in inpatient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate, and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments.

Required Education:

Associate's degree Required

Required Skills:

Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to patient and family needs
Critical thinking
Work well under pressure while keeping calm and maintaining customer focus

Required License/Certifications:

Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license
BLS required
