Residency cohort start dates will fall between February 2025 and October 2025. Simply fill out the application and select that you will not be in attendance, and one of our nurse recruiters will reach out to you shortly.Opportunity OverviewStarting base pay rate at $32.00/hr; Up to $30K in Commitment IncentiveThe New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilites associate with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program.As a Nurse Resident, you will:-Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses-Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation-Participate in simulation laboratory experiences-Be mentored by a nurse educator-Complete rotation with other key health care professionals in several units-And, much more!Minimum RequirementsDiploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.0 - 6 months experience is required.Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.American Heart Associate Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.Other InformationAs we grow, your opportunities do too!
