Job Description:
Performs high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams independently,
ensuring accurate results and adherence to protocols.
Verifies patient identity, confirms proper procedure orders, and
documents findings for radiologist interpretation.
Provides patient care, safety, and comfort throughout procedures
while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Operates ultrasound equipment safely, accurately documents
procedures, and manages supplies effectively.
Requires an Associate Degree in Radiologic or Ultrasound
Technology, with 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Proficient in ultrasound techniques, anatomy, and pathology; strong
communication and organizational skills.
Must hold ARDMS or ARRT certification, BLS certification within 7
days of employment, and OB certification if applicable.
