Job Description:
Provides general nursing care in a clinic or medical office
setting, including administering medication, preparing equipment,
and assisting healthcare providers.
Utilizes the nursing process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation-----"for assigned patients.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, offering education to patients, families, and
caregivers.
Administers treatments, monitors side effects, and documents
patient information accurately.
Requires a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred), excellent
communication skills, RN license, BLS certification, and completion
of a Nurse Residency Program with 6-12 months of clinical
experience.
This is a full-time position committed to providing quality care,
with adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
