CBT Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Chapel Hill, NC. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field * Have a clear, active and unrestricted license ([LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC]) in North Carolina * Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families * Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. Growing together. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.
