Job Title: Travel Pharmacist Location: 9330 Medical Plaza Drive,
Charleston, SC 29406 Schedule: Days/evenings/Nights | 9:00 PM –
7:30 AM/4:00PM - 12:30AM- 5x8s/4x10s Contract Length: 13 Weeks with
possible multiple extensions About the Role: We’re seeking an
experienced night shift travel pharmacist to provide vital clinical
and operational pharmacy services in a fast-paced tertiary care
setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical and operational
support during night shifts Enter and verify medication orders
using Meditech Magic Use DoseEdge IV workflow system for safe
sterile compounding Ensure adherence to USP 797/800 standards
Support pharmacy consults including IV to PO conversions, renal
dosing, and anticoagulation Participate in centralized order entry
and medication distribution
