Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/14/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position: RN – PCU (Progressive Care Unit) – Nights – 6VP Facility: Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Type: Short-Term Acute Care | Level III Trauma Center | Teaching Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 733 Charting System: Epic Scrub Color: Royal Blue and White Assignment Details: Shifts: Nights Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 48 hours Ratios: 1:5–6 Weekends: Required – Every Other On-Call: Not Required Float: Yes, within scope and between like units Block Scheduling: Open to consideration Guaranteed Hours Policy: 2 shift call-off allowance per 13-week assignment. After that, all scheduled hours are guaranteed.
