Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing
Program, required. - Experience: One year of relevant experience,
preferred. - Licensure/certification/registration: Appropriate
state LPN license, required. - Additional skills required: Computer
skills, phone call etiquette, organizational skills.
