Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN) StartDate:
1/26/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D/N Pay Rate: $2087.00 - $2217.00
Patients in this setting may require frequent neurological
assessments and collaborative evaluations to manage intermediate
care status. Continuity of care is facilitated in this unit through
ICU transition for optimization of clinical outcomes. Registered
nurses provide care in conjunction with the nursing assistant and
medical team. Assignments are based on the patient’s needs, the
geographical location of the patients, and the resources available.
The charge nurse does not have a patient assignment. BLS is
required upon hire. PCU provides short-term care for acute care
needs. The team strives to provide a quiet, peaceful environment
where the patient and the family can focus on quality of life.
Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, PCU Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA 80 MILE
RADIUS RULE IV insertion, PICC lines, EPIC 18 mos experience in
specialty Traveler must be able to read strips Preferred
