Job Description:
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Medical Center, located in
Greenville, North Carolina are seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained
Neuro-Oncologist. The successful candidate will join an established
multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in neurology,
neurosurgery, radiosurgery, hematology oncology, radiation
oncology, neuroradiology and neuropathology. ECU Health Medical
Center proudly earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval
for Brain Tumor Care in the fall of 2024. ECU Health Physicians
provides state of the art care for patients in eastern North
Carolina through a cancer care network of university faculty and
hospital employed physicians in a hub and spoke model of care.

Center Established neuro-oncology program Growing clinical
neuroscience team inclusive of 10 neurosurgeons, including
dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 neurologists
including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4
neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists. The
subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement
disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, intraoperative
monitoring and neuro-oncology. ECU Health Medical Center has a
24-bed NSICU led by Neurointensivists as well as a 75-bed CARF
accredited rehabilitation center providing inpatient and outpatient
support to neurology patients In addition to its clinical and
academic expertise, ECU Health Medical Center offers an array of
comprehensive brain tumor interventions, supported by
state-of-the-art technology like GammaTile therapy, Gamma Knife
radiosurgery, Cyberknife radiosurgery as well as innovative
clinical trials that improve brain tumor knowledge, treatments and
