Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a driven and adaptable FLOATING
DIRECTOR OF NURSING to provide leadership and expertise in various
healthcare settings within our network. This role is pivotal in
implementing nursing strategies, maintaining high standards of
patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
across multiple facilities. As a Floating Director, you will adapt
to diverse environments, seamlessly integrate into different teams,
and champion the delivery of superior nursing services. Oversight
of nursing staff and management of operational standards across
various facilities. Implementation of effective and tailored
nursing strategies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards at each assignment. Facilitate
seamless transitions between facilities, ensuring continuity of
care and service delivery. Evaluate patient care procedures and
make improvements as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to foster an environment of excellent patient care
and cohesive team dynamics. Manage budgeting and resource
allocation efficiently across different sites. Exceptional
leadership and organizational skills. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Adaptability to work in various healthcare
environments with diverse teams. Proficiency in healthcare
management software and electronic health records (EHR). Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Nursing
Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
