Job Description:
Overview: Are you a board-certified physician seeking meaningful

post-acute care practice in the Greenville, NC area. This role
blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities and

nursing facilities in the region. Position Details: Location:
Greenville, NC Setting: Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs),
post-acute and long-term care Schedule: Flexible Monday through
Friday, full-time No primary night call Leadership Clinical
oversight Direct patient care Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical
quality initiatives and participate in care coordination strategies
Conduct clinical case reviews and support quality care delivery
across partner facilities Provide mentorship, guidance, and
oversight to a team of advanced practice clinicians Collaborate
with pharmacists, facility leaders, and interdisciplinary care
teams Represent the organization within the post-acute care
community and healthcare networks Ensure timely documentation, EMR
use, and evidence-based decision-making Drive improved outcomes,
reduced readmissions, and enhanced patient satisfaction
Qualifications: MD or DO with board certification in Internal
Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine Active North
Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain) Previous experience
as a Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Experience in geriatrics, post-acute care, hospital medicine,
