What We Offer For over 40 years New Hanover Medical Group - now
a part of Novant Health - has provided superior healthcare and
wellness for the entire family. Based out of six Coastal locations,
we have 42 physicians on staff, including Family Medicine,
Pediatrics, Med/Peds and Internal Medicine. We are looking to bring
on three additional physicians in 2026 as we continue to grow. We
have the lowest physician turnover in the Southeast! Work a
4-and-a-half-day week with minimal call. We typically see about 22
-25 patients a day with plenty of back-up available, i.e. NPs and
specialists on staff. Inhouse lab and imaging. Dedicated Medical
Assistant or LPN. A generous two-year salary guarantee plus a
comprehensive benefits package will be offered. Top 10% earnings
for primary care in the US. Being a Southern coastal town,

Thalian Hall performing arts center, beaches and water activities,
