Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking an
experienced School Psychologist to provide essential psychological
services in a K-12 educational setting located in New Bern, NC.
This contract position offers 25-30 hours per week, supporting
PreK-12 students with a commitment from ASAP through June 5th,
2026. The role involves working collaboratively within the school
environment to assess, support, and promote students' academic and
emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological
evaluations and assessments for students from PreK through 12th
grade. Collaborate with educators, families, and administration to
develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed. Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student learning and
behavioral goals. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications &
Experience: Valid School Psychologist credential or certification.
Experience in K-12 school psychology services. Strong understanding
of psychological assessments and interventions in an educational
context. Ability to work effectively with diverse student
populations and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication
and organizational skills. Schedule & Location: Hours: 25-30 hours
per week. Contract duration: Immediate start through June 5th,
2026. Location: New Bern, NC. Interview availability: Next week,
Friday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. This role offers the
