What We Offer: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Novant Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. This role works directly with radiologists and staff to prepare patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans. Responsibilities Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the process clearly Safely and effectively operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images Adapt procedures to meet the age-specific needs of patients Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with radiologists and team members to ensure exceptional care Support a safe, patient-centered environment in line with “First Do No Harm” principles Education Required: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Preferred: Associate Degree Inpatient requirement: Graduate of a JCERT-accredited school of Radiology and/or military health system program Certification Path: If not CT-registered, must complete ARRT post-primary certification in CT within 12 months of hire (18 months for incumbents in CT Tech roles) Experience Preferred: One year of experience in CT scanning Licensure/Certification Required: ARRT, CT Registry (if outpatient – IDTF or HOPD) Preferred: CT Registry (if inpatient) Additional Skills Strong analytical ability and basic computer skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt procedures to meet patient-specific needs Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and delivering the most remarkable patient experience At Novant Health, we value diversity and inclusion as essential to our mission.
