Ultrasound Tech Location: Wilmington, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,275 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/25/2026 About the Position Job Title: Ultrasound Technician Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Maternal Fetal Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (07:45 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: NC or Compact license required at start Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS Must-Have: High Risk OB ultrasound experience Proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment Experience with Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Breast, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, Spleen, and first through third trimester scanning Knowledge of Amniotic Fluid Index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, and Placenta Previa Ability to perform ultrasound exams including Abdomen/Pelvis/Renal/Bladder, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Heart, Bladder, Ovaries, Prostate, Uterus, and Vaginal scans Experience with Breast Cyst Aspiration, Breast Ultrasound, Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum, and Thyroid Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Any call-offs or additional RTO may lead to a cancellation. Contract staff will be assigned to work in case of a catastrophic event or disaster. The role will involve OB/GYN patients, performing level 1 OB scans and GYN scans. Candidates must be registered diagnostic medical sonographers. No call or weekend requirements for this role. Candidates may float to other units as needed based on skill sets and census. Candidates should be comfortable with floating and have no restrictions or special requests.
