Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Henderson, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year with at least 1 travel assignment completed License: RN License Certifications: NIH, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Must be able to start IVs. Must be able to insert Foley catheters. Must be able to insert NG tubes. Experience in performing EKGs. Experience with heparin drips. Description: Provide patient care in a medical surgical department. Monitor and assess patient condition and administer medications as needed. Manage patient care tasks and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety. Experience with a patient ratio of 1:6 is preferred. Ability to float to other departments may be required. Engage with a diverse patient population and provide compassionate care. Understanding of electronic healthcare record systems is necessary.
