Job Description:
Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) is excited to offer a
position for a Progressive Care Unit Nurse ready to work across
various states. As a leading travel healthcare staffing agency,
TNAA is dedicated to supporting nurses in their professional growth
while ensuring top-tier care to patients in transitional care units
who require continuous monitoring and intensive care. The role
involves working closely with patients who are acutely ill and
require close monitoring but do not need ICU care. You will receive
extensive support and guidance, allowing you to focus on delivering
excellent patient care while enjoying the diversity and learning
opportunities that come with travel nursing. Monitor and record
patient's condition and document necessary information findings.
Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other
healthcare professionals. Ensure all equipment is functioning
correctly before use. Assess and prioritize patient needs promptly
and efficiently. Follow strict safety protocols to ensure
comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills in a progressive care
environment. Ability to operate complex monitoring equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of
endurance to work flexible schedules and overtime when needed.

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the U.S. BLS
(Basic Life Support) Certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) Certification preferred.
