Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital recovery
services, seeks a dedicated Director of Rehab to lead our team of
professionals in delivering high-quality, customized rehabilitation
treatments. This pivotal role involves overseeing the clinical,
operational, and financial aspects of our rehabilitation services,
ensuring that each patient achieves the best possible outcome in
their journey to regain independence after severe health events.
The Director of Rehab will be instrumental in shaping program
development, staff training, and ensuring compliance with
healthcare regulations while maintaining our commitment to
patient-centered care. Develop and implement rehabilitation
programs that meet individual patient needs. Lead, hire, and train
a team of rehabilitation professionals, ensuring high standards of
care. Manage the department's budget and resources to achieve
financial objectives. Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust
programs as needed. Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers,
patients, and families to ensure a comprehensive rehab process.
Proven leadership and team management abilities Strong knowledge of
rehabilitation services and program development Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets
and understand financial reports Proficient in healthcare
management systems and compliance regulations Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current state licensure as a
physical therapist or occupational therapist Certification in
healthcare management (e.g., CHC, CPHQ) is preferred
