Services: · Adult and geriatric care · Bone health · Cardiac care · Cholesterol management · In-office procedures · Diabetic care and education · Gynecological and obstetrical care · Prenatal care · Preventative medicine · Sick visits · Well-child visits · Asthma management Practice Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday, Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm Position Qualifications: - Family Medicine APP - Licensed in North Carolina - 2-plus years of experience UNC Health Medical Group (UNCHMG) includes primary care physicians, as well as physicians in a wide range of specialties and sub-specialties. Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina. ? Board certification if required by the Department. DEA. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: ? Demonstrated clinical competency. ? Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively. ? Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills. ? Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting. ? Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
