Med/Surg RN in Wilmington, North Carolina, 28401! Job Opportunity –
Medical Surgical / Oncology Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start
Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Night shift, 1:6 patient ratio, every other weekend required, 13-26
week assignment Highlights: Primarily Medical Surgical patients
with Oncology history in a 42-bed unit Chemotherapy administration
required (IV, PO, injection) with ONS/ONCC certification mandatory
Epic charting system with Pyxis medication management Comprehensive
interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response,
pharmacy, and lift teams 24-hour orientation provided over two
shifts First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of
experience Requirements: Active North Carolina or Compact RN
license Minimum 2 years of inpatient Medical Surgical experience
ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification required Current BLS
certification Experience with port access/management, blood product
administration, central and PICC line care Proficiency in wound
care/wound vac, chest tubes, isolation precautions, and airway
management Must pass EKG testing prior to start date Flu vaccine
required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great
