Supportive, patient-focused work environment Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) 1-on-1 patient sessions in 60-minute blocks 100% outpatient care — no weekends or on-call shifts Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay: Up to $43/hour (based on experience) Production Bonuses Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Annual CEU Reimbursement (internal & external) 2 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) 6 Paid Federal Holidays Job Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based care for adult patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders Provide individualized, 1-on-1 treatment in 60-minute blocks Maintain documentation using Prompt EMR (laptop provided) Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes and clinic success Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with an active North Carolina PT license Minimum of 3 years of experience in any clinical setting Committed to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture Excited to grow your career and make a real impact?
