At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Our CVICU RNs are crucial in managing the care of patients with serious cardiac conditions, ensuring that our commitment to improve human life is met with unmatched professionalism and expertise. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity environment. Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure. Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred but not required.
